Directions
1.

Tie the lobsters, put them into boiling salted water and boil them for about 30 minutes.
Mix with a whisk the lemon juice and the olive oil until you have a dense vinaigrette.
Cut the lobsters in halves on lenght (after they have cooled) , arrange them on a serving plate and add the sauce over them. .
