"Alla Bolognese" Cous Cous Duplicate recipe

Bring to boil 150 ml of water, salting. When it boils, add the cous cous and 1 tablespoon of oil turn off the heat and stir with a fork to crumble the cous cous. Cover with a lid and make it rest for about 10 minutes.


Meanwhile brown the onion and cook the vegetables in a pan. Once ready the cous cous put it in a bowl, add the butter, the vegetables, the mint and stir.
Serve the cous cous combined with a generous spoonful of homemade sauce.
