Directions
1.

Soak the mushrooms in warm water.
Chop the onion and cook it in a saucepan with half of butter and a tablespoon of oil. Add the rice and pepper, stir well to flavor it and sprinkle with wine. Let it evaporate, then add the mushrooms, well drained and chopped.

2.

Cook the rice for about fifteen minutes adding, bit by bit , the boiling broth.

3.

A few minutes before removing from the heat, add the ham (cut into cubes) and salt to taste.
Turn off the heat, stir in the cream, the remaining butter and the Parmesan cheese then serve.
