Directions
1.

Mix in a pan one chopped garlic clove, cheese and half a glass of oil.

2.

Fry in the remaining oil the other clove of garlicwith the rosemary and sage.

3.

Add the meat and roast it on all sides, salt and pepper to taste. Cook it in the preheated oven for about an hour and a half. Then put the meat on aserving dish.

4.

Add in the pan the composition you maked previous, heat it and serve it a gravy boat.
