Directions
1.

Peel the artichokes of the hard leaves, take off the spines, slice them and put the slices in a bowl with water and lemon juice. Fry the artichokes in oil for about 20 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.

2.

Roll the dough in a sheet of a few millimetres and put it in an buttered and sprinkled with flour baking pan, covering the sides too.

3.

Cut the excess dough, put in the artichokes, sprinkle grated parmesan, diced cheeses and the sour cream.
Bake it in the oven for about 40 minutes on medium heat.
