Avocado with shrimp sauce Duplicate recipe

Directions
1.

Wash and clean the shrimps and boil them for about 7 minutes in salted water, then drain them.

2.

After they are cool, add them in the cocktail sauce and mix carefully with a wooden spoon. Keep the mix in a cool place.

3.

Wash and dry the avocados, cut them in half and take the kernel off. Season each half with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

4.

Put the avocado halves on a serving dish and fill each half with the shrimp mix. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley.

Chef's advices:
If you like a more intens taste, you can cook the shrimps in a pan with a little oil, salt and pepper for 5 minutes. It is recomended to keep the dish in the fridge at least 30 minutes before serving.
