Directions
1.

Clean well the sardines in the inside and cut them on lenght so that it results 2 fillets from each sardine.

Generously oil a baking tray and cover the bottom with half of the sardines quantity mixed with the bread crumbs. Finely chop the parsley and the garlic and, toghether with the grated cheese, sprinkle over the sardines. Add salt, pepper to taste and cover with the remaining sardines, sprinkle bread crumbs, parsley, cheese and oil.

Cook them in the oven on medium heat (170°C) for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle lemon juice and cook them for another 10 minutes and serve.
