Directions
1.

Soak the raisins in warm water.
Fry the finely sliced onion with a few tablespoons of oil (avoid to brown the onion, add a few spoons of broth if needed). Add the olives, the anchovy and tomatoes cut in big pieces, the well drained raisins, salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat.

2.

Spread a sheet with 2/3 of dough in a oiled tray, add the composition you made and cover with the remaining dough, rolled in a sheet with the same diameter as the tray.

3.

Gather the dough edges to the inside, forming folds, sting the surface of the dough to not swell, brush oil on top and cook it in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
