Directions
1.

Peel the chards, wash them in a lot of water and boil them in a little salted water.
Drain them, squeeze them out the excess water and chop them fine.
Clean the mushrooms, wash and slice them (if using dried ones, soak them in warm water first).

Warm the butter with a tablespoon of oil in a saucepan, add the sliced mushrooms and the chopped garlic and sauté; add the chards and season them well, stirring.

3.

Bring together in a bowl the chards and mushrooms, pour in the cream, add the Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and thicken the mixture with the eggs.

4.

Grease with oil a baking sheet, spread with bread crumbs and fill with the mixture, level the surface, spread again with bread crumbs, drizzle with oil and bake the pie in the oven.
