Melt the butter over low heat, mix the biscuits in a mixer and pour in the melted butter until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture into a mold with the bottom lined with parchment paper and,with the help of a spoon, press well the mixture on the bottom of the mold so as to obtain a smooth and very compact base.


Put the mold in the freezer for at least half an hour so that the base becomes solid.
Pour the Ricotta cheese and Philadelphia in a mixer.
Pull the switch for a few moments so that can blend the two cheeses completely.


Transfer everything in a bowl, add the icing sugar and vanilla to the mixture of cheese, then mix everything with a wooden spoon.
Soak the gelatine in a bowl with very cold water for a few minutes, until it will become soft.
Meanwhile, heat in a saucepan 50 ml of cherry syrup. Dissolve the gelatin now softened and squeezed, then leave to cool the liquid and transfer it in the compound of cheese, stirring to mix it evenly.
