Heat the chicken broth, add the diced chicken b****t and let it boil for a few minutes.


Meanwhile chop the onion and fry it in a pan with tablespoon of butter. Add the rice and let them cook stirring for a few moments then add the broth with the chicken pieces.


As soon as it starts to boil, cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 12 minutes. Add the sliced almonds, the remaining butter and salt to taste.


Put the rice on a serving plate, pour the soy sauce over it and serve.
