Directions
1.

Put the clams in slightly salted cold water, wash them and change the water 2 -3 times or as much is neccessary to eliminate all the sand then rinse them under running cold water.

2.

Heat the oil (as much neccessary to cover the bottom) in a large pan and add the chilli and garlic. As soon as the garlic is browned, add the clams and cook them on high heat for about 3 minutes, covered with a lid.

3.

When they are all opened, add the parsley and serve them with home made bread.
