Directions
1.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, incorporate a tablespoon of flour and the apple slice with the onion, cover and cook on low heat, stirring from time to time.

2.

Boil the spaghetti. When the onion is browned pour the cognac, let it evaporate, add the sour cream and parmesan and cook it on low heat for a few minutes.

3.

Drain the spaghetti, add the sauce and the sliced prosciutto. Serve hot.
