Directions
1.

Cut the crab meat into small pieces.
Stir-fry 50 g of butter in a pan, add the crab meat pieces, make them brown for a few minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork, pour over the brandy and let it evaporate.

2.

Clean and wash the mushrooms, dry them well and slice.
Brown those for 15 minutes in a small saucepan with the remaining butter, season with salt, sprinkle with the lemon juice, then add to the crab meat.

3.

Sprinkle all with a spoonful of flour, salt and pepper, mix well, add the liquid cream, thicken the sauce a little, remove from heat and serve.
