Take a baking tray, place a sheet of baking paper and pour the almonds, toast them in oven for ten minutes without burning them.
Let them cool and mix in the blender with 40 grams of sugar until you have the consistency of flour.


Make a dough with the almond flour, cocoa, cold chopped butter and the remaining sugar. Form a ball, wrap it in foil and keep it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.


Spread the dough in a sheet of about 1 cm thick. Cut, with a cookie form, hearts and put them in a baking tray covered with a sheet of baking paper. Bake them for about 15 minutes in the preheated oven at 160°.
Melt separately white and dark chocolate and glue 2 hearts together with them.
