Directions
1.

Cut the cuttlefish tentacles and put them aside., take the eyes, ink bag and the hard intern part and wash well the cuttlefish and tentacles. Skin the sword fish and remove its dorsal fins and cut it in 8. Decorticate the shrimps and wash them well to eliminate any sand traces.

Alternate on skewers : two fish slices, two shrimps, two tentacles and two cuttlefish..

Heat the grill on medium heat, sprinkle the skewers with the remaining oil and grill them for about 5 minutes. Turn them on the other side and grill them for another 5 minutes.

Put the lettuce on a serving plate, arrange the skewers on it and sprinkle the chopped parsley.
