Directions
1.

Cook the pasta (“al dente”). Don’t forget, 1 l of water for any 100 g of pasta!

2.

Cut all the cheese in thin slices and put them in a bowl with the Parmesan cheese.

3.

Drain the pasta, pour into the bowl with cheese, add the slightly softened butter, mix well and serve.
