Directions
1.

Mix the extra virgin olive oil, the lemon, the garlic and the chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste, add the fish ( cleaned and washed) and mix well.

2.

Pass the anchovies through flour and fry them in hot oil at high temperature. Put them on paper to absorb the exces oil.

Chef's advices:
Don't fry more than 3 anchovies at once so they can be cooked evenly
