Gratinated stuffed cuttlefish Duplicate recipe

Clean well the cuttlefish eliminating the eyes, head, insides, bones and ink bags. Cut the tentacles so that you obtain the pockets which you wash and dry.


Finely chop the tentacles, garlic and parsley and fry them in a saucepan with a few tablespoons of oil for about 10 minutes. Add two tablespoons of bread crumbs, chopped anchovy fillets, salt and pepper to taste.


Let the composition cool and bind it with the egg yolks.


Fill the cuttlefish pockets with that composition, Close them with toothpicks, arrange them in a oiled baking tray, cover it and bake them for about 40 minutes at 180°C.


10 minutes before it's done, uncover the tray for the cuttlefish to become golden-brown and serve them hot.
