Directions
1.

Boil the rice in plenty of salted water and add a little piece of butter.

2.

Scald the pistachios in slightly salted water, peel and chop them. Wash and cut in strips the bell pepper.

3.

Strain the rice while it's yet hard, add the remaining butter, pistachios and a tablespoon of parsley, stir, arrange on top a few strips of bell pepper and serve.
