Defrost the fish, clean the inside and wash it under cold running water.


Mix in a bowl the vinegar, oil, salt and freshly grinded pepper, pour it on the fish and let it marinate for about an hour.


Strain the fish and grill it, turning it carefully and sprinkle it from time to time with the marinate. Serve it on a platter decorated with lemon slices.
