Directions
1.

Slice the meat, put it in a pan and roast it (leaving the water to evaporate). Add salt and pepper and cover the pan.

2.

Clean the anchovies, finely chop them with the garlic and a few leaves of rosemary, add the wine and the vinegar.

3.

Pour the resulted sauce over the meat and cook it for about 40 minutes.
