Directions
1.

Cook the pumpkin in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes, until it is golden brown.

Melt the cheeses with butter and milk in a small saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly, add 2/3 pulp of the pumpkin mashed with a fork. Mix until you get a homogeneous cream.

3.

Cook the pasta “al dente”, put it in a baking dish then cover it with the cheese and pumpkin cream.
Cut the remaining pumpkin into cubes and join it to the pasta by mixing well.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for about 10 minutes.
