
1.Lining the baking dish with buttered parchment paper (do not skip this step; otherwise it will not come off!).
Mix the cheese with the seeds.
2.Put a generous tablespoon of cheese (thickness 2-3mm) helping you with a round cookie cutter (diameter 7 cm), taking care not to leave holes.
3.Remove the cookie cutter, arrange the toothpick and cover with extra cheese the end in the center of the Parmesan cheese circle.
Bake at 220° for about 4-5 minutes (must browning and boiling).
Make cool completely before serving.
