Boiled the liver in salted water (very little) and pass in a blender until it becomes creamy.
Add the walnuts and butter in pieces, leave mix everything very well.


Put the compound into a mold then in the freezer for 15 minutes, then in the fridge for a few hours.
It goes well with thin slices of toasted bread.
