Directions
1.

Put the lobsters in a pan with the chopped vegetables (big chunks) and cook them for abaut 30 minutes at low heat.
Take them out and keep them warm

2.

Pass the vegetables through a sieve, season the cooking water with salt, cayenne pepper and brandy and serve it in a gravy boat.
