Directions
1.

Put the pork in a oiled pan and add the chopped garlic, rosemary, sage and cloves.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and oil.
Put the pan in the preheated oven for about an hour, sputtering the pork from time to time with a little stock.

Do the same for the b****t of veal.

Clean the chicken, put inside of it the sausage wraped in a rosemary branch, salt and pepper.
Grease the chicken with oil and cook it in the oven for about 45 minutes.
Mist the chicken with lemon juice 10 minutes before you take it out of the oven.

4.

Tie the fillet of veal, putting between the thread and the meat some rosemary branches.
Add salt and pepper.
Put it in the oven and when the meat has a cruncky crust on it's surface, turn the oven on a low heat.
Cook it for about 25 minutes and sputter the meat with wine when it's half way done.

As a side dish you can serve the Tuscan beans cooked in oil or meat sauce made of potatoes.
