Directions

Beat the five egg yolks with 175 grams of sugar for about 10 minutes, add the vanilla, cold coffee, flour and yeast.
Beat five egg whites separately and add them slowly to the egg yolks composition.
Also add the melted butter.

Grease a cake form, sprinkle flour and pour the composition you made.
Bake it in the preheated oven at 150 ° C for about 40 minutes. Take the cake out of the form and let it cool on a grill.

Beat the other five egg yolks with the remaining sugar for about 10 minutes, add the chocolate (melted on medium heat with two tablespoons of water), butter and the beaten other five egg whites.
Cut the cake in four layers horizontally, fill them with the foam and sprinkle chocolate chips.
