Directions
1.

Soak the mushrooms in warm water. Wash well the clams in cold water until you eliminate all the sand, strain them and put them to open in a big pan, on high heat. Take the mollusks out of the shell and put them in a bowl with the water they boiled in (filtered).

Fry the onion with the butter and a little oil, add the diced tomato pulp, salt and pepper to taste, add the mushrooms and cook them togheter.

Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti in slightly salted water (1 l of water for each 100 grams of spaghetti).

4.

With a few minutes before to take the sauce of the heat, add the mollusks and the water they boiled in and sprinkle parsley.

5.

Strain the spaghetti, mix them with the sauce and serve.
