Directions
1.

Sift and mix the two flours, make a fountain in the middle and put the dry yeast and a teaspoon of sugar. Stir and add the oil, salt and the warm water. Knead well the dough and leave it to rise.

2.

After a couple of hours take the dough and form little balls, flatten them gently and brush them with an emulsion of water and oil, put a little coarse salt and rosemary.
Bake at 230° for about 10 minutes.
