Directions
1.

Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until they whiten and become creamy then incorporate the flour.

2.

Warm the milk with the vanilla. Add the egg yolks and cook everything for about 8 minutes in a pan with a thick bottom, on low heat, continually stirring to avoid the lumps. Pour half of the cream in a bowl and cover it with foil.

Melt the chocolate on bain-marie. Put the remaining cream on the heat and incorporate the melted chocolate. Pour the cream in another bowl and cover it also with foil.
Let both creams cool down before using them .

4.

Mix the liqueur, rum and 50 ml of water in a bowl. Quickly pass the cat's tongues through this mixture and cover with them a glass bowl or a soufflè form of 2 liters.

5.

Pour the chocolate cream first, then put a layer of cat's tongues, the white cream and another layer of cat's tongues. Cover with foil and keep it in the fridge for at least 12 hours.

6.

Right before serving, decorate with whipped cream and , to taste, with grated chocolate.
