Directions
1.

Put the eggs in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 8 minutes.
Peel and cut them in half with a horizontal cut, then arrange them on a large serving dish.

Coarsely chop the gherkins and the Prosciutto, then remove the yolks of the eggs.
Combine all the egg yolks with the cream and mix, adding a little salt and pepper.
Once you have the mixture, add the Prosciutto and gherkins and mix everything well.

3.

Fill the egg whites with the mixture obtained.
Finally decorated the eggs with a slice of Prosciutto, one of gherkins, one of tomato and garnish the serving dish with lettuce leaves.
