Octopus in tomato sauce Duplicate recipe

Directions
1.

Soak the mushrooms in warm water. Clean the octopus and cut them into stripes. Chop the onion, garlic and parsley.

2.

Pour half a glass of oil in a pan and, when it's hot, add the onion, garlic and parsley and stir until the compositions fries.

3.

Add the well strained and chopped mushrooms and, after 5 minutes, add the octopus. Add salt, pepper, stir and let the slightly fry for about 7 minutes.

4.

Peel the tomatoes and take their seeds out, chop and add them over the octopus. Sprinkle everything with a glass of broth and let it cook, covered, for about 50 minutes. It the sauce reduces too much add a little more broth.

5.

A few minutes before it's cooked, add two tablespoons of wine.
