
1.Boil the potatoes and mash them in a bowl, add the eggs, the Parmesan cheese, a handful of breadcrumbs and spices of your taste (I put nutmeg, chives and pepper).
2.In a saucepan, brown the sausages cut into chunks with very little oil and season with fennel seeds (optional).
3.Grease a baking dish and cover it with bread crumbs, put a part of the potato mixture, add the sausages and cover with the remaining potatoes. Season with some butter, bread crumbs and bake it again at 180° for about 15-20 minutes.
