Directions
1.

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut it into 2 cm pieces.
Brown the sliced onion in a large pan with half of the butter quantity, then add the pumpkin.

Cook it on low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon. You can add a little broth if necessary and keep the pot covered.

3.

Add the rice, slightly brown it, add a ladle of hot broth, stir well then add broth little by little until the rice is cooked (about 18 minutes).

4.

Cease the fire, add salt and pepper, the remaining butter and the grated parmesan. Stir well.
