Directions
1.

Soak the raisins in warm water. Chop the onion and slightly fry it in a tablespoon of butter, in an ovenproof glass tray on high heat.

2.

Heat the broth. Add the rice over the onion, let them cook together for a few moments, pour the wine, let it evaporate and pour the hot broth.

3.

When it starts to boil, cover with a lid and put it in the oven, on medium heat, for about 12 minutes. Take it off the oven, add the raisins, the remaining chopped butter and the pine seeds. Stir, add salt to taste and serve.
