Mix well the ricotta with the chopped salami, parmesan, basil, oil, salt and pepper to taste.


Spread the dough in a sheet of a few millimetres thick. Grease the dough with a little oil, add the ricotta composition, smear the edges with egg, fold in half and seal well pressing with the hand or a fork.


Oil the exterior, put the calzone in a greased tray and bake it in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
