Directions
1.

Chop the onion and brown it in a saucepan with 50 grams of butter. Add the rice, stir for a few moments, pour the wine and let it slightly evaporate.

Add the broth little by little (which must be kept hot in a pan). Let it boil for exactly 5 minutes. Halfway cooking add the saffron disolved in a little broth.

3.

Cease the fire, add the parmesan, the remaining butter and pepper, cover the pan with a lid and let it cool for a few minutes.
