Sausage and broccoli Risotto Duplicate recipe

Take fresh sausages, cut into small pieces and fry them with 3 tablespoons of olive oil (making sure to punching holes to release the sauce).
Wash the broccoli, cut into 4 pieces and blanch in water for a few minutes, then add it to the sausage and continue cooking for about 10 minutes, sprinkle with half glass of white wine.


Sauté the onion in a saucepan with a little butter, add the rice and toast it for 2 minutes, then sprinkle with the white wine remained. Cook the rice for about 20 minutes, slowly adding the broth.


Before you finish cooking add the sauce made with sausage and broccoli. Gently stir the rice for a few minutes before serving, adding the Parmesan cheese and, if needed, a knob of butter to whip. Taste and adjust the salt.
Serve hot.
