Directions
1.

For the dough: combine the flour, melted butter, egg, a pinch of salt and the baking powder.
Mix and add slowly the milk.

2.

When the dough becomes elastic add chopped olives and continue to knead until everything is smooth, spread thin with a rolling pin and cut with a glass or molds.
Bake in a convection oven preheated to 180° for 10 minutes.

You can use pine nuts, herbs or sun-dried tomatoes, instead olives.
