







1.Scrub the mussels with a brush under running water and wash them well. Put them in a saucepan, cover them and let them open over high heat, then remove them from the shell.
Drain the tomatoes and mash them with a fork.
Cut the mozzarella into slices.
2.Grease a baking pan with oil, put the bread dough in the center and flatten it with your fingertips until it covers the entire bottom.
Grease the bread dough with oil and sprinkle with chopped tomato, especially all around.
Cover the center with slices of cheese, spread the mussels here and there, finally drizzle with a little olive oil, a pinch of salt and plenty of oregano.
3.Bake the pizza for 40 minutes in an preheated oven to 175 °.
