Clean well the mushrooms with a damp kitchen towel.


Put in a bowl the grated bread crumbs soaked in a little water, the chopped anchovy, parsley and a few drops of lemon, add salt, peper and a few spoons of oil.


Spread on a sheet of aluminum foil a thin layer of the composition, put on top the mushroom hats and cover with the remaining composition. cover with an other aluminium foil and seal the ends. Cook the mushrooms in the preheated oven.
When they are cooked, arrange them on a serving dish and serve them hot.
