Boil the potato, mash it in a bowl and combine with the flour, the crumbled yeast, egg, Parmesan cheese, spices and, a little at a time, the water. Mix well the dough and let it rest for an hour then incorporate the chopped Prosciutto, remix and arrange it in a baking dish greased with oil.


Allow to rise again and bake in the oven at 180-200° about 30 minutes. You can brush with oil to taste and sprinkle with rosemary and coarse salt before baking.
