Mix the flour and the brewer's yeast, make a hole in the center and put sugar, salt, oil and begin to knead adding water a little at a time. Knead well the dough and let it rise at least 1 hour.


Roll out the dough on a greased baking tray and brush with an emulsion of water and oil, sprinkle with coarse salt and rosemary and bake 10-15 minutes at 190° in a convection oven.
