Directions
1.

Make the dough as so : sieve the flour on the working surface, make a hole in the middle and add the chopped soft butter, a tablespoon of oil, salt and enough water to obtain a dough not too thick. Let it cool.

2.

Boil the spinach in a little salted water, drain well and chop it. Cook it in a few tablespoons of oil with half of the bacon (chopped), add the parsley and the garlic (chopped), cease the fire and incorporate the egg and the parmesan. Add salt to taste.

3.

Spread a sheet of 2/3 of the dough in a buttered baking pan, add the spinach and cover with the remaining dough. Fold the bottom sheet edges in the interior forming creases and sting the top sheet with a fork.

4.

Bake it for about an hour in the preheated oven.
