Directions
1.

Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar, lemon zest, vanilla sugar and salt, then mix them well. Put it over a pan with boiling water and whisk slowly and continually until composition starts to raise and the cream it's compact.

2.

Incorporate, little by little, the sieved flour and starch and add 30 grams of melted butter, stirring well.

3.

Pour the composition in a buttered and sprinkled with flour baking tray and bake it for about 40 minutes in the oven, on medium heat.
