Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a medium size pan on medium heat, add the garlic and slightly brown it for about 5 minutes. Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper to taste and cook for about 10 minutes. Cease the fire, add the egg, parsley and breadcrumbs.


Cut the squid tentacles and chop them coarsely. Keep the squid bodies in one piece and sprinkle them with some salt and oil. Fill the squids with the composition you made before (keep some composition aside).


Cover the bottom of a heat resistant glass tray with the remaining composition, Add the stuffed squids and the tentacles all around, sprinkle parsley and a little breadcrumbs.
Cook them in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes until the squids softens. Serve hot!
