Keep the clams in cold water for about 30 minutes, brush them with a natural hair brush to remove the sand, wash them again, strain and put them in a covered pan for a few minutes on high heat until they open. Remove the top shell without pouring the inside water.


Mix the butter with a wooden spoon until it gets creamy. Wash the parsley leaves and chop it with the garlic, mix them well with the butter, add the bread crumb, salt and pepper to taste and dilute it with enough water where the clams boiled, neccessary to obtain an homogenous mixture.


Spread a layer of the composition on each clam and put them on a baking tray. Cook them for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 200°C.
