Boil the eggs in plenty of water, calculating 8 minutes since the water starts to boil, pass them through cold water, remove the shell and separate the yolks from the whites. Chop the egg yolks and mix them with a little chopped parsley.


Cut the tomatoes in halves horizontally, remove the seeds and the juice and keep them face down.


Pass the tuna through a sieve and mix it in a bowl with the butter, add the mayonnaise and a little lemon juice.


Fill the tomato halves with the tuna mixture and cover each, half with the yolks, half with the finely chopped egg whites. Decorate with olives and serve.
