Directions

For the filling: chop only once the meat, cut the Prosciutto into cubes and mix together with the cream and truffles in small pieces, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Clean and wash well the turkey. Fill with the stuffing and close the turkey with string.

Prepare a saucepan, put the butter, oil, the chopped vegetables, rosemary and brown the turkey then wrap it in foil.

Bake at 150 ° for about 2 hours, adding a little stock, if necessary.
Serve with your favorite vegetables.
